4. Installation & Maintenance Notes


Verify voltage, power and gear teeth before installation to ensure compatibility with the engine flywheel.

Fastening bolt torque: 85–95 N·m. Ensure lock washers are properly installed.

Keep terminals clean and free of oxidation. The cross-section of positive cable shall be no less than 50mm² to reduce voltage drop.

Inspect carbon brush wear and commutator condition every 500 working hours. Prevent water and dust ingress.

Common faults: Idling (gear slipping), failed engagement of solenoid, insufficient power (low voltage or worn carbon brushes).
