6. Installation Instructions

1. Clean the guide bore of cylinder head thoroughly and remove all burrs. Bore tolerance: φ14.92–14.95 mm.
2. Press in the guide by cryogenic cooling (-40℃) or heating the cylinder head to 120℃. Violent striking is prohibited.
3. Grind the inner bore after installation to guarantee roundness and surface roughness, and keep the valve stem clearance within 0.03–0.06 mm.
4. Replace mating parts including intake valves, valve seat inserts and oil seals as a complete set.
